Faringdon Dramatic Society will be reading Candleford (our Production for our 60th Anniversary) on Monday 14th July 2008, 8.00 pm at Faringdon United Church.

Auditions will be on Thursday 17th July, also at 8pm at the United Church

The performances will take place over three nights in November, in the Junior School Hall, and will be performed “In the Round”. We hope to include many members of the Society, both old and new.

We will be looking for a variety of characters of all ages, including teenagers. Newcomers will be most welcome. Enquiries 01793 784691

This play is a sequel to 'Lark Rise' that FDS performed in May 1998. Both plays were created from the trilogy 'Lark Rise to Candleford', which has also recently been adapted and serialised for television.
