Adult Membership Form

Any person wishing to take part in a production, whether on stage or off, will be asked to become a member of the society, complete our membership form (below) and with a few exceptions contribute to the running costs by paying an annual fee. This fee also covers the cost of insurance, which is essential for any member of the cast or production crew.

The cost of full annual membership is £20.00 per adult and becomes due within one week following the AGM held each year in May/June. Payment should be made by direct transfer from your bank by BACS using the payment details that will be (or have been) sent to you by email.

Please note the following payment exceptions:

• There is no membership fee for active members who have reached or passed the age of 80.
• There is no extra membership fee if your child, who is under 18 and is living with you, wishes to perform on stage but please provide us with their details using the separate Child Application Form.
• New members joining before the AGM for the May production will not be required to pay again for the year.

By joining the Society you will be giving consent to those involved to hold and process your personal data for such use as may be deemed necessary for us to carry out the functions of the Society. Financial Statement: All money received from membership fees, ticket and bar sales, and the occasional donation is used to cover the running costs of our productions and for our charitable pursuits. The greatest expenditure is for venue hire for both rehearsals and performances, copyright licensing, and insurance. Other expenses include staging, lighting, costumes, publicity, storage, and props.
