Buscot Park Theatre
Welcome to our online box office. Here you can pre-order tickets to collect at the door; just show proof of payment when you arrive for the performance. We hope that you will enjoy the show and we would really appreciate your comments afterwards by completing our simple online review form.
Please note the following before ordering your eTickets, or at least before contacting me with a question that is already answered below (as I have tried to cover everything here):
- Placing your order: eTickets purchased here have a small advance booking fee of up to 5% added per ticket to cover the electronic banking costs. Payment must be made online. You may use either a PayPal account or your debit/credit card via the secure PayPal platform.
- On completion of your order: Please print out the receipt that will be sent to you usually immediately by email from PayPal and check that all details are correct. This eMail is your eTicket. A separate receipt from the drama society will NOT be sent and we do NOT post out actual tickets.
- If you do not receive this email from PayPal within an hour (sometimes longer and very occasionally never when paying by credit card) then please contact us and I will send you my copy, which does always come through every time. In the 12 years we have been doing this there has never been any further complications, so please do not panic. Also check that the email address you have given to PayPal is still valid and check your spam settings do not ban email from PayPal.
- Please bring the PayPal receipt with you in order to collect your paper tickets (if printed) on the door when you arrive for the performance.
- Ticket availability & pricing: Please note that we may only have a limited number of tickets available for advance booking online.
- The advanced booking of tickets may not be available here on the actual day of a performance.
- If paper tickets have been printed they may be available at the normal advertised price a few weeks before the first performance from: Local Shop: (sorry, not in use, tickets may be available on the door if not sold out).
- Unless clearly stated below as ‘SOLD OUT’, tickets may still be available on the door or from the place stated above (if any). Please do not contact anyone if we have sold out – they cannot help.
- If food is provided with a performance then tickets purchased on the door (if available) will not include that food as it has to be ordered in advance.
- A child ticket when available is for children age 4-15 only. No ticket is required for children up to age 3.
- Other concession tickets are not available.
- Afternoon performances for pantomimes sell out very quickly as they are very popular with youth groups, parents and young children. If you are not bringing young children with you then please consider an evening rather than an afternoon performance.
- Group bookings: One free group leader ticket will be added for every 10 tickets ordered in advance. There is no need to add it to your online order. The tickets must be ordered at the same time and for the same performance, and you must arrive as a group. If you would prefer to pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer at the normal advertised price then please contact us for details.
- Seat reservations: We are unable to reserve seats on a general basis as they are not numbered and would advise you to arrive early to ensure you sit where you would like. However, for a pantomime matinée you may find the front seats have been reserved for youth groups such as Scouts, Cubs, Brownies or Guides.
- Directions, Parking and Access: See section below.
